Q5: What should I do If I not find my accessories ?
Due to the parcel filling foam more, pls carefully check it; If you not find it, pls help to provide complete unpacking video to us, we will check this issue with our warehouse and offer solution accordingly.
Q6: What is the function of the RC/Wifi switch on the right side of the drone?
The RC/Wifi switch is a decoration button without actual function. You can ignore it.
Q7: Which kind of SD card I can use ?
Please use 8-128G original sandisk SD card with high speed U3/C10 level or above, in format of FAT32/64KB.
Q8: What should I do when my drone can't connect with RC ?
Please try to manually pair the drone and RC first. You can refer to the user manual for pairing procedures in details:
Q9: What should I do If my gimbal camera tilts to one's side during the flight ?
Please try to find a horizontal and no vibration ground/table, to do the gimbal three-axis fine-tuning on the APP. PS: It needs a horizontal object as the reference when doing the gimbal 3 axis fine-tuning. ( Path: APP settings > Gimbal > Advanced settings > Gimbal three-axis adjustment)
Q10: What should I do If my drone lost ?
Please can try to find the drone according to the final GPS coordinates showed on the APP transmission interface + the flight records in the APP ( Path: APP settings > “...” others settings > Flight record > Flight list > Click and play the flight record), and referring to the flight environment, battery power and joystick operation at that time. If it is difficult for you to find the lost drone back, please contact with support@fimi.com for assistance in finding the drone to reduce the losses.
